VA LaunchPad AI is operated by Elite Driven Solutions LLC("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller responsible for personal data processed through the Service. Contact: hello@elitedrivensolutions.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and login credentials (managed via our authentication provider).
- Learning data: your mission progress, quiz answers, deliverables you build, simulator transcripts, and XP/badges.
- AI interactions: prompts and messages you send to AI coaching or simulator features, and their outputs.
- Support messages: anything you send us by email.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device identifiers, log events, and telemetry.
- Purchase records: which tier you own and related order metadata. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not collected or stored by us.
3. How we use your data
- Create and manage your account and tier entitlements.
- Deliver the learning content, missions, labs, and simulators you use.
- Provide AI coaching and generate personalized feedback.
- Provide customer support.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Improve the Service (analytics, product research, debugging).
- Send transactional messages related to your account and purchases.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the Service you signed up for.

- Payment processor (Stripe): for secure payment processing, fraud prevention, and receipts.

- AI model providers: to power AI coaching and simulator features; prompts and outputs may be processed by them under their terms.
- Analytics and error-monitoring providers: to understand product usage and diagnose issues.
- Professional advisers such as legal and accounting firms, where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
