Because access is delivered instantly upon payment, all purchases are non-refundable. This applies to every tier we sell — Foundations ($17), LaunchPad Pro ($37), and Premium ($97).
To help you decide with confidence, we offer a free 10-question Readiness Assessment that returns a personalized roadmap and tells you exactly which tier fits where you are today. We strongly encourage every prospective student to take the assessment before purchasing.
In the rare event of a duplicate charge, a technical error that prevents you from accessing your tier, or an unauthorized transaction, email hello@elitedrivensolutions.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and we will review your case.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge this non-refund policy. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us at hello@elitedrivensolutions.com may result in permanent loss of access to VA LaunchPad AI and any future products from Elite Driven Solutions LLC.
